Weekly Wants: Dressy dreams

 I've been 'window' shopping a lot lately. More than house shopping! It is nearly fall, which I love, and I'm ready for lots of new clothes. Alas... I need to spend almost no money on clothes right now while we save toward a down payment. So I will continue window shopping. Here are some dresses I'm really coveting right now.

My body really looks best in fit & flare and shift dresses. Luckily they always make such cute ones! 2 and 3 are probably too short, but otherwise these would be great for work! I think 4 and 6 are my favorites for right now, but 5 (though covered in candy) makes me feel wintery and I love that.

I love shift dresses. I have three or four that I could just wear everyday. And those roller platforms? Are you kidding me? I need them because they are so awkwardly great!

Wedding Details: Perfect shower outfit

So I've been thinking (obsessing) about I want to wear for wedding related events. My bridal shower has been a topic of discussion lately... for various strange reasons (apparently my FMIL is going to throw it for me? She emailed my bridesmaid to tell her she has already started planning it) and I know I wanna look pretty. So I did what any normal girl would do... virtual shopping spree!

I went window shopping at Modcloth and picked out an entire outfit. I would love to wear this to my shower!

Weekly Wants: here comes the sun

I haven't put the time into making a wishlist in a few months. I just haven't been up for carefully organizing all the images into a pretty graphic lately. So here's a list!

It's been above freezing for the past three or so days here, so I'm really beginning to get prematurely excited for warm weather: clothes, boating, weddings, bonfires, bbqs, bike rides, so much warm weather fun! Here are a few items I've been coveting this week:

Kaelah has a giveaway this month for a Kitchenaid mixer! And I've been stalking these lovely mixers online for years. I love to bake, but I haven't been able to justify the price with a wedding coming up.
